I’ve submitted about 10 properties to youspotproperty. They have accepted and paid out vouchers for 5 so far. This is a genuine company that buys up empty houses. It is definitely worth submitting properties that look vacant or derelict to them.

I admit that I was sceptical, but, after spotting a property that I thought was a viable proposition, gave it a go. I've just got my £20 voucher. This company seems reliable and have kept their promise. Well done.

Heard about this company from a friend who emailed me your website I thought it might be a bit of a con to be honest however I thought I would give it a try. Found a house I knew was empty sent in the details with some photos and a couple of weeks later got my £20 m&s vouchers happy days 👍

I saw a empty property while going back and fore my caravan it's been empty for at least 7 years to my knowledge but by the state of it ,it's been empty for lot longer .I took some photos and gave them the address and emailed them all the details ,I forgot all about it and a few weeks went by and they emailed me and said that the property meets their criteria ,and they have sent me a £20 voucher for Marks and Spencers as they promised ,so fingers crossed they will go one to buy the property as it's got so much potential it's in a beautiful location, thank you for sending out the voucher would highly recommend and I will keep spotting for more properties.

So easy, I advised of an empty property and as soon as the YouSpotProperty team had checked it met their criteria I received an email confirming I would receive my £20 voucher, which was duly sent within a week. Will be keeping my eyes open for any more empty properties.

I contacted You Spot Property after reading a newspaper article. I provided all the details and submitted as requested. Some months went by during which I answered some questions.
