Zero Gravity 

The device broke down after just two months; I was charged over €100 extra for a replacement, I had no say in the delivery arrangements, and now I’m being asked to pay again to send it back. I can only advise against this device and the customer service. Overpriced and not very customer-friendly. Stay well away.

Customer service was excellent and easy to work with. My unit was out of warranty and they made getting a new unit (not refurbished) so easy.

I was super skeptical about spending this much on Perfectio, but honestly, this little wand has smoothed out my stubborn smile lines more than any expensive cream I've tried. I just use it for a few minutes while watching Netflix after the kids are in the bed. Super easy and it actually works.

I bought the Perfectio X a month ago. I have been using it as instructed and have seen lovely results. My skin looks firmer and clearer. I also use it around my arthritic knees with my topical cream, and I notice some improvement in my discomfort after long walks. I had a scar on my leg that has been there for almost a year now, and decided to try to use the product on my scar. It has only been a month, but I have noticed the scar has lightened quite a bit. I will keep you posted on the scar. So far, I am pleased with the product. Still early, but I have to say I love my little new toy. Something just for me.

I purchased the perfectio x whilst on holiday in Barcelona. I was sold the device under the belief that it had a lifetime warranty. Within 12 months the device failed to work. I requested a replacement but was informed that this would cost £160 for administration and postage costs. Which I feel is Disgusting when I have purchased a faulty product.

I have acnes on my face. After using Sapphire X, my acnes have grown fewer and fewer in numbers. The result is good. Also thanks to the promise of lifetime warranty.

Scam company who won’t follow up with information or let you speak with a supervisor, specifically “Lily S”. They sold a unit to a third party, who sold it to me, for $3,000.00. The seller doesn’t respond on my defective device or has made good on the spa treatments that were supposed to be included. This company washes their hands. When asked for merchant information or to escalate, they outright refuse. Their devices are cheaply made and not worth the thousands they charge. I saw no pain relief or anti-aging benefits and I have purchased two different models over the years. Save your money and buy a cheaper unit. The PERFECTIO line is not what they claim based on my experience.

High pressure sales. Wouldn't let me out the door. Went in for a facial and ended up opening cc and purchased the perfecto and she slid the receipt to me hiding the no refunds. Scammer's

I highly recommend this company and their products. They truly stand behind their products and the fact they are an investment. Any issues or questions I’ve had have always been answered and resolved in an extremely prompt time frame and have always been a very positive experience. Not only that but their products work. I have seen results using the perfectio x and ok absolutely love the fact that it’s FDA approved. You will be very happy choosing this company and their products.

My experience has been GREAT. The results from using the device constantly as recomended are wonderful. I am 70 years old and, believe me, my skin is perfect.
But that's not all, I made a warranty claim and received a brand new device right away. I cannot be more pleased.

I purchased Perfectio x from Miclall callyssee tyron St Petersburg. After i researched more about this product I decided it isn't a good device for me, so I didn't open it. It isn't unpacked and it is still sealed. I can't return it, they refuse to take it back. It is a violation of The Consumer Protection Act and I have to use legal help to return this device and get a refund. They use Unfair trade practices to sell their product.

Customer service was great and warranty is great. Product is great, but you have to use it to see results!!! Very happy customer!

The company responded promptly to a claim re a mechanical error on the device, and exchanged the devices instantly at no extra charges, as per the lifetime warranty guarantee.
