I've been dealing with an issue with verification of my account.I wish there was some way.I could add my files so that you guys could see that my account matches that they keep denying.I still have not been able to get my redemption.This problem has been going on since March 5 2026 i still have winnings on Zula casino at this point. If I ever receive my funds, this is it no one has reached out to me they keep sending the same emails over and over again. I have 2 ballot bank accounts because I've received disability every month and they keep telling me that their accounts are not active, I even Take a screenshot , showing a payment from yay casino and the exact same account that they say they can't verify it.I am not happy at all.Clueless customer , who has been left in limbo by this company. And it's on going to this present day. I am tired and disgusting.I have no other issues with any other site.
