Zyro has been the only platform that offers everything my website needs to showcase my projects. As a writer, I needed a simple, easy to use company that also offered everything I was looking for. My book series has been up and working for almost a year.

It was quite daunting to find the value for money and easy to use website creation and hosting service and I found what I was looking for in Zyro. Its easy to edit website templates allowed me to choose and edit the template to suit my need.
I was also able to get straight to the point answers and useful assistance from the help team that complemented the Zyro service and made my first time experience much more educational. Thanks Zyro!

Excellent Customer Experience

Having no experience in creating a website, Zyro's templates in website creation is so easy to navigate - I felt like a pro! And their customer support team ... PERFECT! I needed some guidance on the Contact page I was working on, and the Agent provided me with clear, direct, concise answers - with screenshots to make it easier for me. Another agent helped me out re payment. Both were consistent in providing excellent customer experience. Thank you!

Still the best.

After being subscribed to Zyro for a while now, I have probably come across everyone at customer support. Never once did they disappoint. Prompt, Informative, Supportive, and always providing the best service.
I also built my website on the builder. Extremely easy drag and drop aspects.
Only negative aspect of my whole experience is the website load times which I'v gotten a few complaints about.
But when they finally arrive on the gorgeous landing page enabled by the great interface, it makes the extra couple of seconds worth it.

I am wanting readers to be able to write their own reviews, as well as comment and ask questions about the blogs. The assistants are always very nice, and said their engineers are working on it, but that it's not something that can be done at this time.

The customer service is really good. But some of the features are missing. For example the contact form's submit button couldn't be changed.

The overall experience is very good.

The overall experience is very good, customer service is great and very attentive, new features added constantly to the site constractor.
BUT! For like 3 months I've been raising a question TO ADD CAPTCHA CODE to the online form. Guys, c'mon. We are in the 21th century, not 1998. You have spam bots all over, they are bother me literally everyday, since I have much more than one website with you.
I am giving a 5 star now for the exceptional service, but will check back in 1 month and give it a lower rate if this feature (or some sort of other anti-spam protection) is not added.

Nothing works in Zyro. Full of bugs

Nothing works. Full of technical glitches. Many important features are missing. Like connecting a button to a specific section of a page. File upload during checkout and many more. Its in a very infant stage and they already charge us a bomb for providing us this half @ss site.
