Exceptional customer service

Signed up for their fix and protect package and so far so good. The communication has been excellent and they resolved the issue very quickly as promised.

There were a couple of complications once the Sharkgate firewall was put in place but these seem to have been resolved also.

Overall very happy with the professionalism and consistency of good customer service. The website was very user friendly and particular praise for the girls and guys on the live chat box who were all exceptionally helpful.
