After some research I pointed a friend to these folks after her site had been hacked repeatedly. She is low-tech and low-patience and onehoursitefix were patient and courteous, cleaned her site, put it behind their firewall, responded to lots of questions, it was all very quick and she's been clear ever since.

So with a launch in the near future and knowing the site involved would attract some publicity on a controversial topic I wanted to take preemptive action and get behind the security firewall in advance. It was fast, painless and professional, very responsive and knowledgeable support, both during and afterwards there were never any hiccoughs with site loading, access to my hosting, access to my site, emails to/from associated addresses etc. I will be adding several more sites to their protection as other launches get close. The peace of mind is huge..
