First rate customer service

First off, the customer service received from the same gentlemen on the 3 telephone calls I called made was excellent. i would use this company again for that reason alone. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and did what he said he would do. The first lawnmower GX4000 arrived with a part snapped off, but it was replaced and the faulty one collected at a time suitable to me. The replacement is fine and is a pleasure to use. It's light and easy to push and gets close to the edge of the garden. The grass collector makes life easier too. Definitely preferred over the orange hover variety. I am very pleased with all aspects of my purchase and would recommend.
