Although it did take over an hour for them to start on the fix, true to their name once they started they were done in about 30 minutes or so. Very happy with the service, would definitely recommend to anyone. The SharkGate web service provides many useful tools and insights as well.

I should also add that you should definitely take a look through the fine print - In addition to being a good idea anyway, it may just bring a smile to your face. I do like a company that includes a bit of humor in their work. No need to worry about any 'hotshot lawyers' from us, you guys were great :)
