It was a nice experience from start to finish. From how friendly and helpful they were in the first online chat, to a non intrusive follow up, to fixing and protecting the site within a few hours once I contracted with them. It also was 1/4 the price of the quote from my hosting providers "security partner". Hopefully I'll never need them again, but if I do, it's great to know that they are there.
