Fast response, Excellent service, I actually switched to OneHourSiteFix from another company because they (SUCURI) rarely responded. I waited 2 days while my site was down before I made the move to OneHourSiteFix and I don't regret it. In the end everything took several hours because they personalised the service and made plenty of other security suggestions and fixes to sub-domains etc. response time 5 stars, customer service 5 stars, security technicians 5 stars. 15/15 I never thought it was possible.
