Awful experiences, 7 day money clearing, unhelpful staff

Awful experiences with the company. Clearing of payments taking up to 7 days, callbacks from representatives are useless as they cannot explain why. Really hard to run business when you’re paying for a service which doesn’t actually do what it’s supposed to within three working days. This has been going on 9 months no resolutions, and I wouldn’t ever reccomend using them
They’re a horrendous company stay away at all costs
