Not discreet

I was looking to get a fleet of vehicles fitted and they offered to fit one for free for a month.
We wanted these fitted discreetly and arranged to have it fitted at a different address.
On the day in question for whatever reason the fitter turned up at the company address and not the address arranged. This obviously was then not discreet.
Your company has lost out on a lot of money.
An apology would have been nice but there was no contact from them !
