Disgusting anti-human company

You all know what this shop is. It's a Russian Roulette.

The truth of the matter is, you have a very high chance of getting scammed for a random amount of money (depending on what you are trying to buy). This site, like other markets like this, is comprised of different vendors protected by the site.

This means that even if you buy something, and you get scammed with a duplicate or non-working digital serial number/key, they will protect the seller more than they would protect you.

I got scammed with a duplicate key, thankfully it was only 6 euros. The name of the vendor that sold me a duplicate key is: GetitCheap.pro. Here is an ID of the merchant: merchant/1381925/ ,you can paste this number after the domain to see what he sells.

As you can see, he has 97% positive reviews, but that doesn't stop them to abuse these reviews and still sell duplicate serial numbers.

I knew that nothing would come out of contacting Kinguin, so I just shrugged off these 6 euros, warned people by leaving a rating, and moved on.. but nooo..

Kinguin Support contacted me WITHOUT me contacting them, and started to tell me how they can help me, but they need me to provide Full Screen screenshots of my desktop.

Basically, I told them that asking for a screenshot of my whole desktop, Steam Library, Steam Account and Steam Dialog is violating my privacy. Yet, they were saying how they want to help me. So I sent them the screenshot required but without the private information there.

Guess what? The response back was for me to basically frig off. They want you to take pictures of your whole desktop, to violate your privacy, and then do you know what they will do with that information?

They will send it to the vendor that scammed you in the first place, OPENING YOU UP, RENDERING YOU SEVERELY PRONE to more scams. The vendor can see some personal information on these screenshots, and if he is a scammer in the first place what stops him from trying to steal your account?

Yeah.. no..

TL;DR

Kinguin.net customer support contacted me after I was scammed to ask me for severely personal information, which then they wanted to give to the scammer, giving him more power.

Kinguin is protecting it's scammer Vendors, and when you buy from there you are just gambling for either losing your money or getting a game. You can't do anything about it afterwards! BE AWARE!

Just buy any game on legit stores and support good developers. You do not need to give money to these disgusting, cancerous, anti-human scammers!

EDIT: This makes me wonder how they handle personal data that you actually provided in your account. I recommend anyone having any sensitive information on there to delete it. There are much better shops than this one!!!
