Nice products but online experience to improve

The product is superb, and the package is super nice. The website is a bit complicated to follow, I need two emails to get a proper tracking link of my order, the order still shows "Pay now" button but the order is payed and delivered, it is annoying and do not show the current status or timeline. Then some of the emails are in Dutch so hard to understand. There are some products titles in English, others in Spanish (Spanish version of the website) so I used English version for my order.
Nice products but online experience to improve.
