Shocking Customer Service

Used this Company since July 2018, had numerous problems with the units, but its the Customer Service that is awful.. Takes ages to get through on the phone, so i used the pop up chat, spoke to Nathan told him the problem then he left me hanging for 15 minutes, no reply or response so i gave up, tried to call again, waited for 10 mins then was cut off.. emailed a complaint in about their lack of Customer care about 2 weeks ago, this has not be acknowledged. Yet they bang on about how excellent their customer care is when left holding for an eternity on the phone..
