I bought a nest glass coffee tables…

I bought a nest glass coffee tables which arrived with one of them broken. After many emails Wellindal (Milagros) confirm to refund me. Refund never arrived! Many emails of false excuses like “we are really sorry....we are doing our best in order to refund you ASAP...we apologies for the delay...our payment platform has unfortunately suffered a technical incident that had delayed the repayment date. This has been resolved and you will receive your refund within the next few days.” And many others emails like this just to buy time.
After months they haven’t replaced the broken table and they haven’t sent any refund!
This company don’t deserve any trust so if you have any issue with them take action ASAP.
