Whilst the system when working is…
Whilst the system when working is actually very good the level of customer service this company promotes is lacking in the extreme. How any company in this day and age can still operate when they obviously put customer service so low on their priorities testifies to their ability to tie companies into contracts and leave them with no way out!
Here we are 9 hours later after you asking for my details so you can contact me and surprise I have still not heard anything. Makes me wonder who is typing your reviews and stating good customer service, how do I become one of those 'customers'?
