Ordering phones on HonorBuy is always easy and delivery is ultra fast. No problems there.

For the first time I felt the need to ship a device to their service center in Slovenia - overall pretty good experience.
Shipped it (fairly cheaply) from Denmark, it arrived there 9 days later. I received no confirmation of the delivery from HonorBuy and didn't hear from them in a week's time. This is where I wrote an e-mail asking about the status of my repair. They apologized for the delay and let me know that they had fixed my device and would ship it back. Received it 2 days later.

In an ideal world, communication would be a bit better and if the problem is indeed covered by warranty, I would say they should at least pay for shipping back to the customer. They charge you $20 for that.

However, very nice company.
