I have been using Quartix for our fleet for over 3 years now, product is superb, customer service is superb, I have never had any major issue, obviously after a few year sometimes you get a hiccup with the tracker units which is obviously overheating with the engine all it takes is a quick email, customer support re-set the unit and within 10 - 15 minutes away you go.
