TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE !!
I bought an amazfit stratos watch from them that proved to be defective and they agreed to replace it after many many emails and a long painful process. That took them 2 whole months as they first told me they sent it to the manufacturer to handle but as it proved they never did. In the end they finally agreed to replace it with a new one. The new one that is now 3 MONTHS OLD started getting really warm, draining its battery and randomly not working at all, all by its own (no crashes,bumps etc as the watch's exterior is intact). So I contacted them to resolve the issue they told me that it is out of warranty because its now past the 1 year that I originally ordered the FIRST-replaced watch!! Not the watch I own now, but the previous one! So the new watch they sent me (that proved to be defective) doesn't have , in their saying, any warranty and so they don't take any responsibility!!
