Refund not received

I bought a world map that came damaged. I contact customer service that sounds very efficient I was promised a partial refund in 14 days. After a month waiting I contact customer services again, I was informed that the refund system was with a problem ( what a joke the charging and refund system in every company is the same you just need add a negative sign). However I was informed that in a few days I would get my refund... i'm still waiting!
