Going on a Stag Do
Going on a Stag Do, ordered T-Shirt with an ETA 4th Sept, going on Stage 6th.. Perfect!!
Until the actual delivery was revised to 9th.
Tried phoning the helpline number several times and nobody answers.
I wouldn’t use again!

I am so sorry to hear that. I just took a look on your order, and I see, that you chose the standard delivery, the one free of cost. Untfortuanlally we cant garantee a date, if you dont choose express. We also wirte that on the website during check-out.
I see, that you ordered the shirts on the 2nd. I am so sorry, but we cant print and ship to UK in 2 days. :(
You are always very welcome to call us, and to write and email! We do have a lot of callers at the moment, and we are working on getting more people in to answer the phone. We - the service team - are working as fast as we can, and are alwys answering mails within 24 hours. So please write and mail to us, and we will take a look at this whole situation and find a solution!
