Had my truck shipped by Door to Door who subcontracted to K1Express Inc. (Vegas to Tobyhanna Army Depot PA.
When the truck arrived it was on top and last hanging about 40 to 50 degrees. The truck (2018 Chevy Z-71) was strapped down in the front so hard it broke the control arm on drivers side.
Of course everyone denies responsibility. The truck was left on base and taken to dealer next morning. Now I am out $600 because I chose to work with people who cannot phathom what honor and integrity are. The base General stated he will fight ensure UShip/Door to Door and K1 Express NEVER get to pick up or deliver another vehicle to any North American military installation.
