Horrendous delivery

The collection was fine, but getting my single box back is an absolute nightmare. I paid extra for a 7 AM to 12 PM delivery. My box never arrived, and when I called up Lovespace, they told me to call Parcelforce instead. Lovespace said my box was with Parcelforce, and Parcelforce said they never got a box. Who's telling the truth here? Also no one picks up the phone. When finally got someone to pick up, but 3 individual operators told me that they would get back to me, and all had the same reason that oh they had passed my box to Parcelforce. Obviously I wouldn't call if I got my box from Parcelforce. Now it's the end of the day, and I still have no clue where my box is.
