email said it would be delivered by 1:45pm, and if any delay, 6pm latest. it is now 634pm, no news, no calls. no one picking up the phone line.
also, overpriced. made me wait all day, all of us have our own schedules, I picked a specific date of the week as this is the only day I was free. thanks a lot. i haven't been able to cook and have been sleeping without bedding.
