Poor Choice of logistics partner !

First scheduled delivery didn’t arrive on nominated day, text was received from logistics partner 5mins after the end of the time slot stating ‘unsuccessful delivery when no attempt had been made.

On calling the logistics partner I was informed that the goods were not on the nominated van and had been reloaded onto
a second van and that they would be delivered by 8pm that day - no delivery
arrived !

Second scheduled delivery goods arrived one hour and 40mins later than the time slot, the goods were opened two days later to build and they were damaged !
