please send back my money

Surfdome why you are so liar.! You told me to my email that you cancelled my payment in my credit card because i didnt received the items that i ordered you said my package been delivered in wrong place thats why i told you to cancel my order and you said you will refund my money in 1-3 banking days but i already saw my statement of account in my credit card still you charge me on my package that i havent receive. Why are you like that.!!!
