Awful customer service
Products seem good.
Customer service absolutely awful. Felt like I was talking to a chatbot; Siri/Alexa have better manners and front-line customer approach.
No option to pay by credit card??

As explained by phone, we do not offer payment by card at present.
Please be assured that we are already doing our utmost to offer you payment by card as well, only this is a long process which requires some time.
For your Order 950389, you choose payment by pro forma invoice upon ordering online - as an alternative, we offered you PayPa on the phone as well.
