Complicted webbsite and slow service when it comes to making the customer understand.

Having not given up an error on my side (bank side actually) made the support contact me. They guided and acted swiftly and offered several options to assist me. It was not there fault I missed a momentum to buy and I have to give them credit this time for good support and the staff is very polite. I therefore change my previous grade.
