Worst company I have ever dealt with…
Worst company I have ever dealt with I’m a small roofing business and have other work to do and they have with held my money £2200 for over a week now so I can’t buy more material for other jobs due to this I have lost business they tell you they will call u back but don’t and push you off with different excuses each time I provided everything they asked for over a week ago and I’m still in the same boat I’m really annoyed that I put my trust into this company

It is unfortunately our obligation as a regulated financial institution to occasionally query the transactions of our Merchants. It is in our Terms and Conditions that you agreed to upon signup that, in these cases, you provide us with such documentation as may be required in order to prove the nature of the payment; e.g. invoices. We may also ask you for additional proof of ongoing business activity. Please see the links below for more information.

Since we are providing the service of processing card payments for you through our card reader and App, it is of the utmost importance that we are able to establish exactly what our card readers are being used for.
Once this information has been provided by yourself, it is subject to internal review by our security team and you will be contacted via email when a decision has been made regarding the payment.
Unfortunately, you have declined to leave any reference to your account in your review and so we cannot look into this for you. If you are still waiting for a response from our security team regarding your payment, please do not hesitate to get back in touch. We will do what we can to make sure that you have an update as soon as possible.
