User interface is fantastic and easy to…

User interface is fantastic and easy to use. Great images and the team are quick to respond, call and chase you for a booking. Unfortunately they do not allow you to visit a property or be taken around by videophone to talk through things before booking it. Booking without visiting has stung me and several colleagues many times in the past with scammers and landlords who just don't care as long as they're getting paid. Often pictures are filtered and doctored and you never know when they were taken (they could be many years old). This is why I'm rating them three stars. I would like to put my trust in them but ultimately, they are a go between for landlords and can step away from any responsibility once they have their commission.
