If you want a VERY STRESSFUL storage company that is good at LOSING your stuff, look no further cause Lovespace is THE BEST at that.

This is not a troll and Lovespace might respond to this review as "we cannot find you in our database", my Customer ID is 13442.

The worst storage company I have ever experienced. They lost two of my boxes, which included valuable items that are irreplaceable. How the F can you separate my storage boxes and store them in separate warehouses? It just does not make any logical sense to do so.

Told the company two weeks in advance that I needed my boxes shipped to me on a certain date. They did not deliver although they'll send you an email saying its dispatched. In my case, they managed to add three-four days delay for my urgent need of my boxes.

Customer service is impossible to get through via call. Email replies are late and requires you to keep chasing them. They would say "we'll get back to you shortly" but they never will and you NEED to email them all the time to get a reply, which is annoying and time consuming.

They will also attempt to charge you for your old Item IDs that are not in storage with them and you have to keep a prompt eye on emails and your bank statements if something suspicious have been charged by Lovespace. I've encountered this issue two-to-three times over the summer of 2019. Got it resolved after some chasing and the refund was issued to me in the most inconvenient way possible (refund by deducting the cost on the month's charge, without any information from the staff stating so).
