Sage's handling of Telephone calls

There was a fair wait to talk to an advisor but instead of having to stay on the line I was offered a callback. Brilliant! I was indeed called back within a reasonable time and my query was dealt with politely, friendly and professionally. I was very impressed - Sage provide a great service and great assistance when required.
