Avoid these crooks !

Avoid these crooks !! I booked with supposedly with free cancellation up to March 20th. Online I can't cancel and they only offer to call there customer services. Have spent several hours and no one answers!! It's clear they want to steal my £600.
This undoubtedly has to be one of the most corrupt organisations I've encountered.
