SHOCKING COMPANY

I am absolutely fuming, never have i have ever seen a company customer service level be so poor in my life - no email address to contact and the phone number doesn't even go through to an agent, all it tells you is to go through the website or your shody app. i am flying from Dubai via Lebanon to Geneva on the 21st - Dubai have now shut down the flights to lebanon due to corona. Not once has last minute emailed me telling me and they have now had the cheek to email saying i do not get a refund and i will be getting a credit voucher to use on their website - are they having a laugh? Last minute also charged me a certain amount and the next day it went down by £300 which again i couldn't even get through to someone. Absolute ripoff merchants
