Had too cancel my trip due too medical grounds. Spoke to hotel and airline and both said refund was not an issue but I have too go through lastminute.com
Well over a month later an no refund and no response after calling them it’s the same useless call centre in India not willing to do anything. Avoid this company because if you have an issue they will not sort this out.
