If there was no stars I would have gaven no star I've booked a holiday to Lisbon and want to amend the dates as we are all aware of the coronavirus and didn't want to be stack there because its unclear what's going to happen. It was in impossible to get in contact with them and online the only opsions was to request the holiday to be cancelled, which I did as it was the only option and I did this 3 days before the flight. They got back to me only after the flight left saying that there will be no refund. Will never book with them again. I'm sure that they could have been more helpful by giving us the opsions to amend the dates.
