2 days ago I made a booking to fly out…

2 days ago I made a booking to fly out tomorrow to a package holiday with Lastminute.com. They have taken my money and sent initial email to say that booking confirmation will follow and I've heard nothing. I have spent over 2hours on the phone waiting for someone to answer and there is no response and their other number is on a loop and eventually says 'goodbye' and cuts off.
I'm worried now that other people will get stuck in the same situation as me, having paid money with no confirmation and no response!!! 1628052161
