Do not trust …

Do not trust the websites promise of "in stock" items... when the displayed 3-4 days became two weeks!
I had to email them to ask why the item hadn't arrived, and only then did I discover that they didn't even have it in stock, and it would be a further 9-15 days.
I understand that mistakes happen, but they should be the ones contacting me to explain/apologise.
