Just got two tyres!

I’ve ordered one week ago 4 tyres, all of them available and as of today two tyres have arrived and other two are stuck, with different tracking numbers, in different locations in Germany.
It’s ridiculous that They don’t get theirs tyres together before shipping and so false promises of delivery times to customers leaving them waiting indefinitely. For sure I won’t install just two or three tyres out of four I’ve paid for.
I don’t understand how this company can afford to ship with so poor express couriers and get customers with just two tyres after one week and no answers and communications whatsoever. Looking forward to talk to someone that could clarify this situation.
