Spending more than 3 months for my collection

Lovespace have replied to my review below a month ago that my boxes are collected by my courier, but my courier confirmed that my boxes are not collected yet. Lovespace do not have any updates with my boxes until now.

To return my boxes with Lovespace through international shipping, I arranged a 3rd party courier collection. I ordered the measure of my boxes first, but Lovespace failed to measure my boxes for three weeks.
I gave up the measure and ordered a delivery with the maximum size and weight of my boxes to a courier and arranged the collection with Lovespace. However, my courier reported the failure of the collection since there were no items for collection in Lovespace storage. Lovespace never notified me the failure of the collection until I figured this out myself with my courier.
I rearranged the collection two more times but Lovespace failed to provide my boxes with my courier. I was concerned if my boxes are lost so I asked Lovespace about the status of my boxes but Lovespace is not giving me updates for a week.
