Genuinly the biggest dissapointment
Genuinly the biggest dissapointment. I ordered the delivery of boxes to be on a Monday, this never happened, they rescheduled it to Thursday and when I called by 4 pm (note that technically they can come till 7 pm) they told me that it wasnt going to happen but because I called so late (?) it couldn't happen till Friday which was my collection date. They then told me to buy my own boxes (again with one day notice, considering that moving boxes are usually sold just online). On collection date only 3 of my 5 boxes were picked up. I was then told to leave the rest of my boxes with my reception or secretary, because yes, all of us apparently have secretaries?! The customer service lady seemed apologetic but said she couldn't do anything for me, only potentially forward my complaint to managment who may or may not call back. I'm now stuck with two boxes when I'm moving out tomorrow and the fear that the boxes that I managed to buy weren't good enough. Honestly, if they lose my boxes I wouldn't even be shocked. Lovespace is a joke of a company.

We appreciate there was a bit of miscommunication between us and yourself which in turn caused a lot of inconvenience to you so we're really sorry for that. We understand how important it is to be clear and concise with the information we tell our customers so instances like this don't occur.
