Great customer service.

From first contact to delivery of my new watch the experience was first class. Communication was excellent and I knew exactly where I was in the process and all my questions were clearly answered. I was part exchanging and felt the valuation of my watch was fair.

My new watch was requiring some extra links for the bracelet and the customer services team were quick to resolve the issue.
