This is the first time I have shopped…

This is the first time I have shopped with Surfdome and it could be a one off but I ordered at the weekend, paid for next day delivery and it was meant to be delivered yesterday but the tracking says that DPD hasn’t yet received the parcel. I spent 40 minutes waiting to speak to someone and still number 6 in the queue so gave up. Not a five star experience I’m afraid.
