Review of LOVESPACE
NEVER USE LOVESPACE!!!
LOVESPACE is really bad!!! They were delaying my return request month after month, obviously they insisted that I had to pay for all that extra time of storage. Then, when I had to bring my things, I coordinated with them and a courier for almost a month in order to get it done correctly. I even sent multiple emails to coordinate the pick up. The didn't care and did nothing that we accorded. Only 2 of my 7 boxes were sent back home.

We're extremely sorry for all the inconvenience caused. The delay in arranging the pickup of your boxes by a third-party courier from our storage facility was due to an outstanding balance on your account which had to be cleared before we could proceed. When paying by bank transfer, things can take a little bit longer than normal to process so we recommend this is done in good time to avoid any delays.
All 7 of your boxes were sent out for delivery but 5 of them were returned to our storage facility by the courier as they contained items which they couldn't ship. We messed up here, we should've checked this thoroughly before sending your boxes out for delivery so once again, we're so sorry. One of the team has been trying to contact you to arrange for your boxes to be sent out again but hasn't been able to get through to you.
We hope to be able to get this sorted as soon as possible for you.
