Ive been with DEGIRO for a little… Horrible customer service
Ive been with DEGIRO for a little while, recently I had a couple stocks which I placed a limit order to sell, because of the GameStop frenzy the servers where so slow and my order didn't place, the stock dropped 100 points and because of the slow service I couldn't sell. Now I've been talking to DEGIRO for 7 days and spent 6 euro on calls. Im so done with DEGIRO this may be a one time problem, but It shows it can't be trusted. So done with DEGIRO horrible and slow costumer service.

Unfortunately, due to the workload it hasn't been possible to maintain our fast response rate, therefore we apologize for the delay. Regarding the orders, if there is an issue with it, as the customer support recommends, you should align your positions and we will analyse and compensate you accordingly in case it was a bug on DEGIRO's platform.
