Booking was easy, picking up was a nightmare

Booking though rentalcars.com was fine. However, picking the car up from ACE rental was horrible. It took 90 minutes to get through an 11 person line. 3 groups actually left the line for other rental car agencies so only 8 people actually ahead of us. Non of the information I entered when registering with rentalcars.com transferred over to the ACE system so everything needed to be asked and entered again. I will never choose ACE as a vender again. Rentalcars.com may want to work with the communication between the two systems before all confidence is lost.
