I purchased a plan to extend the warranty on the tv I purchased

I purchased a plan to extend the warranty on the tv I purchased. Unfortunately there was a problem that occurred just before the manufactures warranty ended. This issue was not covered by the manufactures warrant or the protection plan. But because the protection plan still had several years left I was given the option to cancel and receive a refund. I thought this was an unexpected and generous offer. So I am very happy with my experience with the Allstate Protection Plan.
