I had a great experience with the call-in warranty claim, although I originally submitted the claim online, it was denied instantly something I answered must have triggered the system to deny the claim. So I called in and everything was great. Our tv started darkening in the corners, they ran through some diagnostics on the tv with me over the phone, asked me to submit some photos of the issue on different inputs, within 2 hours of submitting photos they sent me an approval and asked me to select a tv from the list they provided. The new TV was actually was delivered from my local best buy within a few days.
