I called Lit fibre as I had no WiFi. I spoke to a technician called Iro, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative.
He was really nice and patient with me as I’m not very technically minded.
He got my WiFi back up and running and split my 2.4GHz and 5GHz helping me set up individual passwords. He then advised me about the advantages of using the Lit Fibre app and how to get on to this.
First class service, would recommend Lit Fibre especially for their customers care.
